Can I return my subscription box?

Due to health and hygiene requirements, subscription boxes are final sale. Please contact NuSoles if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What happens if a listed product becomes unavailable?

NuSoles may replace an unavailable product with another full-size item of equal or greater retail value.
