NuSoles 30-Day Limited Product Warranty

Products covered
This warranty covers all products purchased from NuSoles through its website, in person, or through its official marketplace stores in the United States. It includes NuSoles-branded products and other brands sold by NuSoles.

Warranty period and coverage
NuSoles warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery, or from purchase for in-person transactions. Coverage applies to the original purchaser.

Covered issues include manufacturing defects, defective packaging or closures that cause leakage, and products that fail to function as intended when used according to their instructions. Products arriving damaged are also covered.

What NuSoles will provide
For a covered claim, NuSoles will provide, at its option, a replacement at no charge or a refund of the purchase price, including applicable sales tax. NuSoles pays any required return shipping and replacement shipping. Approved claims will be resolved within 30 days of approval. No additional purchase is required.

What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, consumption, or depletion through use.
• Personal preferences regarding scent, color, texture, or results when the product otherwise conforms to its description.
• Minor natural variations that do not affect product quality or performance.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, alterations, or failure to follow product instructions.

Opening or using a product does not by itself void coverage for a defect. Individual results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

How to request assistance
Report the issue to NuSoles within the 30-day warranty period. For marketplace purchases, use the “Contact seller” option associated with your order. For purchases directly from NuSoles, use the customer contact method listed at NuSoles4u.com

Provide your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and photographs if safely possible. NuSoles may request the product for inspection and will provide prepaid return instructions if a return is necessary. Do not send damaged or leaking products without instructions.

Discontinue use of a product that appears unsafe, damaged, or contaminated.

Other brands and return policies
For other brands sold by NuSoles, this warranty is provided by NuSoles and is separate from any manufacturer’s warranty. It does not replace or reduce manufacturer coverage, applicable marketplace return protections, or rights under law.

Your legal rights
This limited warranty does not disclaim or limit applicable implied warranties or other statutory rights.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
